1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of BodhiWaves.media ("we", "us", "our") and any services you engage us to deliver. By using this website or hiring us for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

BodhiWaves.media provides the following services: social media management, website design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), paid advertising management, branding and design, and video production. Exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined separately in a proposal or invoice.

3. Payments

• For one-time projects (websites, branding, video): 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.
• For monthly services (social media, SEO, ads): payment is due at the start of each billing month.
• All prices are exclusive of 18% GST as applicable under Indian tax law.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and other agreed methods.
• Delayed payments may result in paused services.

4. Revisions

Each project plan includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at an hourly or per-task rate as agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly services can be cancelled with 15 days written notice via email or WhatsApp.
• No refunds are issued for advance payments on one-time projects once work has commenced.
• If we are unable to complete a project due to reasons on our end, a proportionate refund will be offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate content, brand assets, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Delays caused by the client in providing required inputs may extend project timelines.
• Clients must hold legal rights to all content, images, and materials they provide to us.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables created for their project. BodhiWaves.media retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place.

8. Limitation of Liability

BodhiWaves.media is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for ad account bans, third-party platform policy changes, hosting downtime, or any outcomes caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, strategies, data, and communications as confidential and do not share them with third parties without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
